I have a Ford Exploder, which had been giving me a bit of a headache for quite some time. So I wrote back, telling of my auto woes. He wrote back with his number, and I called, giving descriptions of the problems. He said he'd have to look at the car, but he had a few ideas as to what was wrong, briefly described them, and then mentioned that he would have to see my car to be certain. I gave him directions to my place, which is decidedly in the more rural area of Pasco - and he found his way there, with no problem. On arrival, he showed me what was wrong with the car, set a temporary fix on it, and then gave me directions to his shop, to get a more permanent fix on it. On Monday, at the shop, he quoted me a more than fair price for the repair, showed me not only the parts he was replacing, but also direct comparison that I could understand why the problems were there - and fixed the problems, ordering a part on site, and, again, sticking to the original estimate. courteous, professional, and directly knowledgeable..
I can't thank you enough for fixing my AC. I had been putting it off cause of the cost that Pep Boys told me it was going to cost me to have it fixed. Pep boys told me that my compressor was bad. James tested my system to show me that I had just a leak and nothing else wrong. All this time, it was a leak. If I only had known...
